Where can I find this film on DVD?

I’am looking for the film Happy Now out on DVD either to be found somewhere in england or america. I have so far had no such luck. i heard the film was out in South America which is odd as it was filmed in Wales. But alas, there is no possible way that I can go searching for that DVD in South America… Does anyone know of any stores (not online) where I can find this; either in the UK or America(i.e. like F.Y.E. or HMV)? Thanks.
